Project description
H&T Roofing and Red Sea Trading Co needed to support roofing customers, businesses interested in SAM.gov registration, government bid clients, community members, and new logistics initiatives. Enquiries arrived across multiple channels, while consultations, lead follow-up, course promotion, and content production required repetitive manual work.
I designed and developed a modular AI automation system centered on an intelligent receptionist. The assistant answers approved roofing and government-contracting questions, identifies the visitor’s service needs, qualifies the opportunity, and schedules the correct consultation. Qdrant provides source-grounded knowledge retrieval, while OpenAI, Claude, and DeepSeek support task-specific AI workflows. Qualified leads are synchronized with the CRM and entered into appropriate email sequences. A connected content workflow creates blogs, social posts, video scripts, and reusable short-form variations for approved platforms.
