Project description
The real-estate agency received a high volume of enquiries through WhatsApp, but many leads lacked essential information or were not ready to proceed. Agents spent time repeatedly asking about budget, location, property type, financing status, and purchase timeline before determining which prospects deserved immediate attention.
I developed a WhatsApp AI assistant that responds to new enquiries and conducts a natural qualification conversation. The bot collects the lead’s budget, preferred locations, property type, bedrooms, buying or renting intent, financing status, timeline, and viewing availability. A configurable scoring engine evaluates completeness, budget alignment, urgency, and readiness. Qualified leads are summarized and delivered to the appropriate agent through the CRM, email, or dashboard.
