Project description
Sales, product costs, advertising spend, fulfilment fees, and inventory data were held in different systems and spreadsheets.
I created a data pipeline and dashboard that standardizes commercial data, calculates product-level contribution margin, forecasts inventory, and supports drill-down analysis.
