Tenant maintenance requests arrived through different channels and required manual categorization, contractor assignment, updates, and satisfaction follow-up.
I built a workflow that captures request details, classifies category and urgency, creates a work order, assigns the correct contractor, sends updates, and follows up until the tenant confirms resolution.
