RiskReport AI – Property Inspection Report Generator

Field representatives visited businesses and apartment buildings, assessed property risks, and submitted reports to large insurance companies. Approximately 80% of every report followed the same structure, but representatives were manually rewriting standard narratives and replacing property-specific details such as names, addresses, construction characteristics, hazards, and recommendations. Producing each report required about one hour after the inspection.

I developed RiskReport AI as a guided inspection and report-generation platform. Previously approved reports are securely processed to identify the organization’s standard sections, terminology, narrative style, and risk language. Field representatives complete a structured inspection form from a phone, tablet, or desktop and can upload photographs, dictate notes, select observed risks, and provide property-specific details. The AI generates a complete first-draft narrative using the approved format and only the supplied inspection data. Representatives can review and edit every section, compare the generated content with source observations, request section-level rewrites, and submit the finalized report for internal quality approval before exporting it to Word or PDF.
