Project description
Site managers manually reviewed Monday.com tasks, worker availability, deadlines, dependencies, and project priorities before preparing daily schedules. Assignment changes then had to be communicated individually to workers, making updates difficult when delays or new tasks appeared.
I developed AI Site Foreman using n8n, OpenAI, Claude, Monday.com, Airtable, and WhatsApp. The system retrieves active project tasks, evaluates priority, location, required skills, dependencies, estimated duration, and worker availability, and generates a proposed daily schedule. Managers can review assignments before workers receive personalized WhatsApp briefings. Progress updates and issues submitted by workers are synchronized back to Monday.com.
