Pillar Property Advisors – AI Real Estate Assistant

Real estate, construction, and property management decisions frequently require specialized knowledge about local markets, maintenance responsibilities, building processes, regulations, costs, and operational best practices. Users often spend significant time searching across fragmented websites and documents without receiving advice that reflects their location, property category, or specific circumstances.

I developed Pillar Property Advisors as an AI-powered advisory platform using React.js, FastAPI, MongoDB, and GPT models. Users describe their property-related question, choose a relevant category, and provide their location and available context. The backend retrieves applicable knowledge, structures the request, and asks the AI to generate a clear response containing key considerations, potential risks, and recommended actions. Conversation history and user context are stored in MongoDB so follow-up questions remain relevant and consistent.
