Project description
Student fees, invoices, discounts, refunds, salaries, vendor payments, operating expenses, and financial reports were managed across spreadsheets and disconnected tools. This made outstanding balances difficult to follow, increased reconciliation work, reduced visibility across branches, and delayed the preparation of accurate management reports.
I designed TeacherInd FinanceHub as a secure multi-branch finance platform connected to student, course, staff, and organization records within the wider TeacherInd ecosystem. Finance teams can configure fee structures, installments, taxes, scholarships, discounts, penalties, and payment plans before generating invoices for individuals or complete batches. Payments received online, by bank transfer, or through manual collection are recorded against the correct invoice and reconciled through controlled workflows. The platform also manages vendor bills, operating expenses, refunds, payroll records, department budgets, approval levels, and supporting documents. Live dashboards provide collection status, outstanding receivables, income, expenses, cash position, budget variance, and branch performance, while scheduled reports can be exported or delivered automatically to authorized stakeholders.
