Project description
Sales and management teams were manually exporting CRM records, cleaning spreadsheets, calculating performance metrics, comparing reporting periods, creating charts, writing summaries, and emailing reports. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting consumed significant time and often produced inconsistent calculations or outdated information.
I developed ReportPilot as an n8n automation connected to the organization’s CRM and supporting data sources. Scheduled workflows retrieve deals, leads, activities, revenue, pipeline, conversion, customer, and representative data for the required reporting period. The system validates and normalizes the data, calculates approved KPIs, compares results with previous periods and targets, and uses AI to explain important trends and anomalies. Reports are generated in dashboard, PDF, spreadsheet, or presentation format and delivered automatically through email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
