Project description
The team manually reviewed website responses, opened company and social links, researched investors, organized findings, prepared reports, and wrote individual outreach emails. Important context could be missed, and the research process was difficult to scale.
I developed two connected n8n workflows. The first processes website responses, extracts permitted website and social links, collects relevant public information, and generates a structured report based on the supplied prompt. The second enriches an investor profile using approved public sources, combines the profile with the original report, and creates a personalized outreach email. Messages can be reviewed before being sent, and all research sources, approvals, and delivery results are recorded.
