Support employees switched between payment dashboards and internal systems to investigate charges, refunds, disputes, and payout statuses.
I built MCP tools that expose narrowly scoped payment functions to an AI agent. The agent retrieves authorized data, explains status and next steps, and requests confirmation before performing any supported action.
