Project description
The on-demand CFO team managed client information across general ledgers, spreadsheets, meeting transcripts, documents, and internal databases. Preparing reports and answering client-specific questions required repeatedly collecting and reconciling information from disconnected sources.
I developed n8n workflows that create a secure central repository for each client. Financial data, spreadsheet inputs, documents, and Fireflies meeting notes are validated, classified, and linked to the correct client. Structured data remains queryable through relational SQL, while documents and meeting notes are indexed for retrieval-augmented search. The platform supports general ledger queries, reporting workflows, client data collection, and controlled AI-generated summaries.
