Project description
Usage data, subscriptions, invoices, credits, and customer questions were handled across disconnected systems and required manual reconciliation.
I developed an agent and API layer that collects usage, validates plans and pricing, creates invoice drafts, identifies exceptions, and routes changes for approval before sending invoices and updates.
