Project description
A multi-store group repeated the same inventory, customer, reporting, content, and task-management checks across more than 20 stores.
I created a Claude-powered operations layer that aggregates store events, applies shared SOPs, prepares recurring tasks, and routes store-specific exceptions to the correct team.
