Project description

The client needed a dependable method for identifying small and medium-sized enterprises in Germany and collecting company names, business types, directors, websites, emails, phone numbers, addresses, and descriptions. Different sources provided incomplete or inconsistent coverage.

I evaluated multiple compliant data sources, directories, APIs, and extraction techniques before selecting the most reliable approach for final implementation. The n8n workflow collects approved public business data, normalizes fields, removes duplicates, and validates contact information. GPT produces a concise business description using only the collected company information. Completed records are written directly to Airtable with their source URLs and processing status.
