Project description

The team needed to publish location-specific SEO pages using structured Airtable records. Manual CSV uploads, plugin limitations, repetitive copywriting, image preparation, and inconsistent error handling made the process difficult to scale.

I developed the solution across four milestones, beginning with a five-page Airtable-to-WordPress demo. The final pipeline processes approved Airtable records through n8n, generates page-specific titles, introductions, FAQs, and content variations with OpenAI, selects or generates suitable images, performs automated quality checks, and publishes the result to WordPress. Retry logic, logging, documentation, Loom walkthroughs, and team training were included.
