RankFlow AI – SEO Blog Generation & Publishing Automation

The marketing team was manually researching keywords, reviewing competitor articles, preparing briefs, writing drafts, generating metadata, sourcing images, adding internal links, formatting posts, and publishing them through the CMS. The number of manual steps made it difficult to maintain a consistent publishing schedule and content standard.

I developed RankFlow AI as an n8n-based content workflow connected to keyword, search, AI, approval, and CMS tools. The workflow starts with an approved topic or keyword list and collects search intent, related queries, competing pages, and content gaps. AI creates a structured content brief and generates the article section by section using predefined brand, tone, formatting, and factual-quality instructions. The system creates metadata, FAQs, image suggestions, internal links, and social snippets before placing the article into an editorial review queue. Once approved, the article is formatted and published through the WordPress or Webflow API, with the final URL and publishing status recorded automatically.
