Project description

Organizations received useful information inside PDFs, scanned forms, emails, text files, and inconsistent spreadsheets. Extracting the required fields manually was slow, and fixed extraction templates could not support every document type or business requirement.

I developed SchemaFlow AI with a visual schema builder that lets users define field names, data types, descriptions, required values, validation rules, and nested structures. Users upload their documents, and the platform applies OCR and AI extraction to populate the requested schema. A review interface highlights low-confidence or missing values before the validated records are exported as CSV, JSON, or Excel.
