ReportForge AI – Document-to-Report Generator

Users needed to review large numbers of documents and manually transfer relevant information into predefined report formats. Important evidence could be missed, repeated content was copied between sections, and maintaining consistent formatting required considerable effort.

I developed ReportForge AI as a document-analysis and report-generation platform. Users upload source documents together with a report template or formatting example. The system performs OCR where required, classifies documents, extracts relevant information, and builds a searchable knowledge collection. AI generates each report section using the uploaded evidence and the selected template. Users can review source references, edit individual sections, request revisions, and export the approved result as a Word or PDF document.
