Project description
Real-estate investors and acquisition teams were spending hours reviewing offering memorandums, rent rolls, trailing financial statements, leases, property reports, and spreadsheets before they could understand whether a deal deserved further investigation. Important risks could be hidden across multiple documents, and financial calculations were often repeated manually for every opportunity.
I designed and developed PropLens AI as an intelligent property due-diligence and investment-analysis platform. Users can create a property opportunity and upload offering memorandums, rent rolls, leases, operating statements, spreadsheets, and supporting documents. The system uses OCR, structured extraction, and AI agents to identify property details, unit information, income, operating expenses, lease conditions, and risk indicators. A financial-analysis engine calculates essential investment metrics and presents them through an interactive dashboard. The AI assistant can answer questions about the opportunity, reference supporting document evidence, highlight missing information, and generate a structured investment summary for internal review.
