Buyers and advisers manually monitored several listing sources and could miss newly available properties that matched detailed investment or lifestyle criteria.
I developed a responsive search and alert application connected to authorized property APIs. Users save criteria, receive scored matches, compare listings, bookmark opportunities, and get alerts when relevant inventory changes.
