Project description
The property management company prepared individual monthly reports for every property by collecting information from databases, spreadsheets, emails, and operational records. Employees manually calculated metrics, wrote performance narratives, generated PDFs, and sent the correct report to each stakeholder.
I deployed n8n on a private server and created scheduled workflows connected to Airtable, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, data extractors, and an Azure AI assistant. Each reporting cycle collects and validates property-specific financial and operational data. The AI assistant generates a narrative using approved instructions, while a PDF automation service applies the correct property template. Reports are routed for review before being delivered through Outlook and archived.
