Project description
Customers requested appointments through different channels, requiring employees to check availability, collect details, confirm time zones, create calendar events, send reminders, and manage rescheduling or cancellations manually.
I developed an n8n booking workflow connected to WhatsApp, email, AI voice services, calendars, and CRM systems. The assistant identifies booking intent, collects the required customer and service information, checks real-time availability, offers suitable slots, and creates the appointment after confirmation. The same workflow manages reminders, cancellations, rescheduling, no-response follow-ups, and human escalation.
