Auto repair shops missed calls during busy periods and repeatedly collected the same customer, vehicle, symptom, and availability information.
I built a voice receptionist that captures vehicle and customer details, identifies the requested service, checks availability, books appointments, and sends confirmation through SMS while escalating complex questions to staff.
