NRGY – Expo Management & Booth Booking Platform

The event organizer needed more than a promotional event website. Visitors needed to explore upcoming expos and available booths, while exhibitors needed a straightforward reservation experience. Internally, the organizing team was managing booth availability, customer inquiries, event content, layouts, galleries, and reservations through disconnected documents and manual communication.

As the Full-Stack Developer, I developed NRGY as a complete event and exhibitor management platform. The public website includes event landing pages, schedules, galleries, exhibitor information, venue details, contact forms, and calls to action. An interactive floor plan displays every booth with its number, category, size, price, and current availability. Exhibitors can select an available booth, enter their organization details, and submit a reservation. The administration dashboard allows organizers to create events, upload and configure floor plans, manage booths, review reservations, update booking statuses, publish content, manage galleries and blogs, and respond to customer inquiries from one workspace.
