MLS VoiceSearch AI – Property Listing Assistant

Traditional property-search interfaces required users to configure multiple filters manually and read lengthy listing pages. Users who preferred voice interaction or needed help refining their requirements had limited ways to explore available MLS inventory conversationally.

I developed an n8n application connected to an authorized MLS or RESO Web API. Users describe their requirements through text or speech, including location, price, bedrooms, property type, amenities, and preferred features. AI translates the conversation into validated listing filters and retrieves matching properties. Results are summarized visually and can be read aloud through text-to-speech. Users can refine the search, compare properties, save favorites, and request contact from an agent.
