Project description
Employees were repeating tasks across email, spreadsheets, documents, CRM systems, forms, messaging applications, and reporting tools. Traditional automation could move data between applications but struggled when inputs required interpretation, classification, summarization, or human-like decision support.
I developed FlowOps AI as a modular automation framework combining n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, and language models. Workflows can monitor events, interpret unstructured information, extract structured data, apply business rules, update connected platforms, generate documents, and request human approval before completing sensitive actions. Centralized monitoring records every workflow execution, output, exception, and approval.
