Project description
Businesses wanted to add AI assistance to their websites but lacked a simple way to train a chatbot with their own content, control its behavior and appearance, capture visitor information, and review conversations. Building and maintaining a separate custom chatbot for every website was expensive and difficult to manage.
I designed and developed EazyBot.AI as a multi-tenant chatbot-building platform. Users can upload business documents, maintain custom questions and answers, configure chatbot instructions, and customize the widget to match their website. A FastAPI and Python backend processes the knowledge sources and generates contextual GPT responses, while MongoDB stores chatbot configurations, conversations, visitors, and captured leads. The Next.js interface provides bot management, training controls, installation instructions, conversation history, lead details, and engagement analytics from one dashboard.
