Project description
The job board had data about GP clinics across Australia, including clinic names, locations, services, ratings, reviews, doctors, and operating details. However, the raw spreadsheet did not clearly explain each clinic’s identity, patient population, reputation, staffing challenges, potential recruitment needs, or the most relevant way to introduce the job-board subscription.
I developed ClinicInsight AI as a data enrichment and customer-segmentation workflow. The system cleans and validates every clinic record before analyzing services, location, review themes, ratings, patient feedback, and available staffing information. AI generates an evidence-based Overall Clinic Picture, identifies market segments and repeated themes, highlights potential staffing or service gaps, and prepares a personalized Job Board Pitch. Clinics are grouped into broad segments such as rural practices, family-focused clinics, high-demand practices, specialist-service providers, and clinics experiencing scheduling or staffing pressure. Every generated insight is limited to the available source data and remains available for human review.
