Project description
Running a motivational YouTube channel required repeatedly selecting topics, researching ideas, writing scripts, recording narration, sourcing visuals, finding background music, editing video scenes, creating thumbnails, writing descriptions, and uploading finished videos.
I developed MotivateTube AI as an n8n production workflow controlled through a content calendar. A base prompt, motivational category, audience, target duration, and publishing date initiate the process. AI researches the topic and creates a structured script with a strong introduction, story progression, actionable message, and closing call to action. The workflow generates narration, scene descriptions, visual assets, background music selections, subtitles, and on-screen text. Creatomate combines these assets into a finished video using reusable branded templates. After a human approval step, the system creates the thumbnail and metadata and uploads or schedules the video through the YouTube API.
