Project description

Executive meeting information, follow-up actions, partner discussions, documents, and strategic topics were managed manually through ChatGPT and disconnected tools. It was difficult to follow an issue across multiple meetings or determine who owned an incomplete action.

I developed an automated middleware and dashboard connecting Fireflies, OpenAI, a structured database, and a custom interface. Meeting transcripts are fetched automatically and processed into summaries, notes, decisions, action items, named owners, entities, and topics. Uploaded PDF and Word documents are processed through the same knowledge layer. Users can browse timelines, update actions, build agendas, and ask natural-language questions across the complete organizational history.
